HANA DICKINSON – Founder and MD
Hana Dickinson started her career in The City, gaining valuable business and marketing experience before setting up The Bridge in 2011, a hard-worker with a great sense of humour and a practical, honest approach (and possibly a little less tact than would be ideal).
Hana looks after the strategy for all our clients, as a sound strategist, she has introduced and rolled out commercially savvy marketing plans for numerous businesses across a multitude of sectors. She has a spooky skill for spotting opportunities and helping our clients to build valuable business connections.
Don’t be fooled by the humorous, informal demeanour and overt love of beer – she cuts through the noise to help our clients to stay focused and communicate effectively with their target markets to achieve their business objectives.
HAYLEY SHAVE – Director
With a degree in Business & Marketing, Hayley has gained a wealth of experience and skills across numerous sectors including telecoms, transport & logistics, education and has created and managed a very successful charity.
Hayley is a favourite with our clients (and our team). She is responsible, unflappable and diligent, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. She is a champion plate-spinner and has a wicked sense of humour lurking beneath her kind and gentle manner.
Hayley is one of the most friendly, efficient and adaptable people in the market. If you work with us just to work with Hayley, you won’t regret it. She also occasionally brings Buddy the sausage dog into the office, do you need any other excuse to pop in?!
VALERIE BARTON – Account Manager
Valerie has developed a plethora of social media expertise during her early career, since graduating with a degree in Media and communications in 2014. Her skills and experience lie in relationship building, social media promotion and account management across various sectors including, logistics, business services, advertising and entertainment.
Val makes sure our clients are well looked after, and are making use of the different marketing channels to build their brand and reach their target markets. She’s obscenely organised and shows a real passion when it comes to digital content and understanding the growing digital landscape.
LIZ BAALHAM – Account Manager
Liz left university with a Degree in Communications and Media and dreams of a sporty themed PR and Marketing role. Via an agency in Colchester, a role with National Governing Bodies of Sport in London and a local football team she had very much ‘lived the dream’ within a few years of graduating.
The last decade has been spent broadening her life and work experience, moving into events management, business development and running her own companies. Liz brings a whole range of industry experience to The Bridge Team. She is creative, resourceful and loves a project!
