Pepping up Pensions

We leapt back into the financial services saddle in 2018 to support the leading retirement wealth planning platform, James Hay, as they develop their sales and marketing strategy for the next year and beyond.

Our involvement covers support the overall strategic marketing planning as well as evaluating the current situation and suggesting changes to drive efficiency and improve customer communications. We’re supporting the events and communications teams, as well as working with the key account managers, to put together client-specific campaigns to maximise the opportunities presented and drive new business.

We’ve helped to redesign and refresh all the marketing materials, including the set for live events – both internally and externally. We’ve created videos for us at events to bring the 40 year heritage and 2020 approach to life. We also launched a podcast for the company’s popular Tech Talks to make them even more accessible to advisers. We’ve created refreshed pitch decks and created a series of onboarding emails to help advisers joining the platform to quickly become familar with, and get the best out of, the platform.

We work on site at least one day a week in the London office as well providing ongoing support from our own offices. This method means so we’re on hand to support the in-house team, offer advice and ideas but we can also pick up projects and initiatives and power them forward.

As with all clients we’ve slotted into the team quickly and painlessly, quickly building good relationships across the business. We are looking ahead with enthusiasm and confidence to the successful delivery of the plan we’ve worked on.
