Marketing for Engineers

We have been working with JMS Group, a national group of civil and structural consulting engineers, since 2013, but our support really ramped up towards the end of 2019 as the company set its sights on an ambitious strategy for nationwide growth.
Our involvement is full on, with us providing full-time support for the JMS leadership team and often visiting the regional offices. We have, of course, taken on the strategic marketing planning as well the creation and management of an internal communications function. We’re running events and targeted regional PR and marketing campaigns to raise the JMS profile and create opportunities to drive new business.
We’ve helped to redesign and refresh all the marketing materials, including a series of promotional videos. We manage, draft and regularly add new content to the website. We’ve also set up and content manage their social media accounts. We’ve established an upward trend in column inches, website traffic, social media reach and client contact from month one, and we’re confident we’ll continue to generate tangible result.
We work on site at least one day a week, as well as providing ongoing support from our own offices. This means so we’re on hand to support the in-house team, offer advice and ideas, but we can also pick up projects and initiatives and power them forward.
As with all clients, we’ve slotted into the team quickly and painlessly, quickly building good relationships across the business. We are looking ahead with enthusiasm and confidence to the successful delivery of the plan.
