Pepping up Pensions

After a short break in our dealings with the financial services sector, we leapt back into the saddle in 2018 to support the leading retirement planning experts, James Hay, as they develop their sales and marketing strategy for 2019 and beyond.

Our involvement covers the overall strategic marketing planning as well as evaluating the current situation and suggesting changes to drive efficiency and improve customer communications. We’re also working with the key account managers to put together client-specific campaigns to maximise the opportunities presented and  drive new business.

With regular trips to the London office, we’re on hand to support the in house team, offer advice and ideas but mostly to pick up projects and initiatives and power them forward.

As with all clients we’ve slotted into the team quickly and painlessly, quickly building good relationships across the business. We are looking ahead with enthusiasm and confidence to the successful delivery of the plan we’ve worked on.
