Leisure marketing

We work with Jump Street Ltd to support the marketing and PR of their trampoline parks in Essex. Leisure marketing is a fiercely competitive area, so we work with Jump Street to make sure they are well positioned to capture their share of the market.

Background

Jump Street opened in Colchester in the summer of 2015 and has another park opening in Chelmsford towards the end of 2016. It offers exhilarating family fun and fitness in a soft, safe environment. Trampoline parks are taking off big time in the UK and we’ve seen a huge increase in competition since Jump Street opened its doors.

We have been working with them since the very beginning and have helped them to navigate the competitive world of leisure marketing and make the most of every opportunity.

Objective

To encourage bookings through awareness, engagement, product development, promotions and recommendations

Method

We’ve a clear marketing plan with scheduled campaigns that take into account seasonality and new product launches.

  • We’ve rolled out a new user-friendly website to make booking and finding information a breeze.
  • We’re supporting the launch of additional sites whilst developing the proposition on offer at the Colchester site.
  • We’re also engaging with customers past and future online, by email and at events.
  • We’re maximising media exposure through a joined up PR and advertising campaign.
  • We feed in new ideas and opportunities and help to coordinate and drive through agreed initiatives

We also organise and attend events, manage social media, photography, and media relations as well as other key marketing connections.
