Driving bookings at a 5* Wedding Venue

We went in to Bruisyard Hall at a time of change for the business. We worked with the owners and the in-house team to find a marketing plan that would ensure the delivery of the ambitious business plan.
The business was looking to increase bookings, increase profitability, build a strong pipeline of enquiries and streamline their marketing efforts to drive efficiency and results.
We created a strategic marketing plan and worked with the team to deliver it. After a period of research and testing, we were confident we could cut the marketing spend at the same time as delivering on the objectives.
We’ve been working with Bruisyard since late 2016 and still support them today. As their team has grown and the business has evolved, we’ve adapted not only the plan but also the way we support the business.
Whilst year one was all about auditing and improving what was already there and putting in place the processes and systems they needed, the following years have been about building on these strong foundations and optimising the income, without compromising on the standard of care or the quality of the venue.
